MICHAEL H. TUMAN, 52, passed away on July 27. Husband for 26 years of Kelly (Quinn). Father of Shawn, Justin, and Marissa. Son of Isabel and the late Martin Tuman. Brother of Sherry (Larry) Delsen, Barry (the late Denise) Tuman, Francine (Thomas) Andrea, and Elaine Gill (Tom Grimson). Son-in-law of Robert and Noel Quinn. Brotherin law of Colleen Katz and Brian Quinn. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Born in Bayonne, Michael graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University. HON. M. ALLAN VOGELSON, of Cherry Hill, passed away on July 30 at the age of 79. Husband of the late Sandra Vogelson. Father of Susan (Michael) Spivak, Sharyn (Jim) Bucci, and Sherry Dawson. Grandfather of Shayna, Marc, Morgan, Jonathan, Jessica, Maxsan, Deayna, and Tyler. Also survived by six great-grandchildren. Judge Vogelson graduated from Camden High School in 1957 and then earned a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and a law degree from Rutgers Law School in Camden. He was elected to the Camden County Freeholder Board in the 1970s, serving part of his tenure as freeholder director. He was then appointed in 1991 by then-Governor Jim Florio to the state Superior Court of Camden County, where he served as presiding judge. In his later years, he served as a trustee at Cooper University Hospital and Cooper University Health Care, and the Boys and Girls Club of Camden County. In 2004, the Camden County Library Branch in Voorhees was named in his honor. He and his wife, who passed away in 2015, travelled to all 50 states. He was an avid collector of antique cars.
